This year has been a wonderful year for smartphone companies with lot of Flagships from different companies. There are lot of high end devices that featured a 4GB Ram but the first device to get a 4GB Ram was the Asus Zenfone 2, it was launched on January 2015 at the CES, and the price was huge until now we have lot of devices with 4GB Ram.
