Goat With Human Face In Kano, Dumped In Refuse Heap (Photos)

Dunno what to make of this. According to the facebook user who shared the photos, the goat which has a face like that of human was seen dumped in a refuse heap in Kano. Seems the goat was already dead. More photos below;
