#2015InReview: Who Should Win #NaijEntertainmentAwards Favourite Actor Of 2015?

Editor’s note: To mark the end of 2015, Naij.com presents our nominees for favorite actor of 2015 as compiled by Nollywood movie reviewer and Naij.com contributor,Efeturi Doghudje. Who do you think should win? Vote in the poll below!
These five were picked not because they look good – because they do – but because of the skills in portraying various characters and the lengths they gone in not being typecast.
1. Deyemi Okanlawon
Deyemi Okanlawon
Born Adeyemi Okanlawon, Deyemi, is fast becoming an actor to watch out for in the industry. He kicked off with a string of web series such as GidiUp, Knock Knock and then moved to short films: Kpians Premonition, Blink and In Iredu. In 2015, the actor got pretty busy starring in Yvonne Nelson’s production If Tomorrow Never Comes, a Yoruba language movie Gbegi and a domestic violence movie In the Name of Trust. He was also Mr. White in the theatre production Colour Me Man further cementing his course in the industry. In 2016, we envision more of him doing what he knows how to do best.
2. Joseph Benjamin
Joseph Benjamin
Benjamin gave a great performance in Iyore. For 2015, asides his presenting gig on MTN Project Fame, he also featured alongside Ramsey in The Grave Dust as well as in Omoge Ofege. We hope he works equally hard in 2016.

3. Tope Tedela
Tope Tedela
Temitope Christopher  Tedela became prominent from his role as a cult member in A Mile From Home for which he was nominated for most promising actor at the 10th Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMVCA) and won. He has also received the Nigeria Entertainment Award, Best of Nollywood Award, Nollywood Movies Award, Golden Icons Academy Movie Award and Express Star Award for his role in the same film.  In 2015, he got busy with roles in Seyi Babatope’s Lunch Time Heroes, A Soldier’s Story and Out of Luck. In 2016 he is billed to appear in Mildred Okwo’s Suru’lere.
4. Blossom Chukwujekwu
Blossom Chukwujekwu
Nollywood’s quintessential and recently married man makes this list for his performances in Falling, The Visit and A Place Called Happy. In all his roles, Blossom manages to show his viewers a different aspect of characters he can portray, an impressive and award worthy feat. He was nominated in two categories at the AMVCAs. Not sure what productions he will be rucking up in 2016 but pretty sure he would do justice to whatever script he receives.
5.. Femi Jacobs
Femi Jacobs
Banker turned actor Oluwafemisola Jacobs aka Femi Jacobs was probably the busiest he has ever been in 2015, starring in not one or three movies, but eight movies. Top of which were his roles in Iquo’s Journal, Heaven’s Hell, The Visit and the Yoruba language movie, Oko Ashewo. Unfortunately, none of these roles earned him a nomination in the upcoming AMVCAs. While he might not have been recognized right now, he does make the cut for our favourite actors of 2015.
There you have it! So which of these actors is your ultimate favourite of the year? Vote in the poll below and also share your choices in the comments.
