A MANHUNT is underway after gunmen in ski masks
and combat gear have killed 14 people when they opened fire on a centre
for disabled people, reports say.

Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said both suspects were dressed in "assault-style" clothing and were carrying assault rifles and handguns.
The suspects were embroiled in a shootout with cops after officers apprehended their black 4x4.
Officers said another person who was spotted running near the gunbattle was detained but they have said it is unclear if that person had anything to do with the shooting.

Farook’s brother-in-law said he was stunned to hear of his relative's involvement in the attack.
Farhan Khan, who is married to the suspect’s sister, gave a statement at the Anaheim office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
Khan says he last spoke to Farook about a week ago and he had "absolutely no idea why he would do this.
He said: “I am shocked myself."
Khan says other family members expressed their sadness over the shootings.
VEHICLE: Cops stopped a black SUV near San Bernardino airport
More than 150 officers attended the scene in San Bernardino, California, US and bomb disposal teams went into the building as one package at the scene is believed to be a bomb.
Loma Linda Hospital in San Bernardino also confirmed it went on "yellow alert" after receiving a "credible" bomb threat while treating five people involved in the earlier shooting.
The FBI, also present, has not ruled out it is an act of terrorism.
The shootings come just days after a crazed gunman stormed an abortion centre in Colorado Springs, US and killed three people.
Authorities ordered a security "lockdown" of all local schools, as well as city and county buildings, and area hospitals were placed on alert.

Marcos Aguilera's wife was in the building when the gunfire erupted.
Mr Aguilera said: "They locked themselves in her office. They seen bodies on the floor."
Aguilera added his partner was able to get out of the building unharmed.
Terry Petit's daughter works at the centre, and he got a text from her saying she was hiding in the building after hearing gunshots.
Mr Petit said she wrote: "People shot. In the office waiting for cops. Pray for us. I am locked in an office."

He said every level of government needs to come together on "bipartisan basis to curb shootings" and called for stronger gun laws.
Hillary Clinton tweeted: "I refuse to accept this as normal. We must take action to stop gun violence now."
