The NMA Imo State went on a peaceful march today
against the state of Health care system in Imo State. According to the
NMA, DSS, police and other relevant security agencies were informed and
they gave their go ahead order. The police later received an order from
the Governor, who allegedly ordered them to shoot at the protesting the
doctors. Some of the doctors received serious injuries. This is one of
them, a Consultant, who was rushed to FMC, Owerri.
