The 17-year-old is said to have lost her singing voice – meaning she could crash out of next week's semi-finals.
And officials fear the "nasty" virus may spread to other stars on the prime-time ITV hit, according to the Sun.
Co-host Olly Murs, 31, and wannabe Lauren Murray, 25, have both reported flu symptoms.

Louisa admitted she was ill on last night's show after her cover of Justin Bieber's hit Love Yourself was branded "tense".
The young star – mentored by pop babe Rita Ora – told head judge Simon Cowell: "I'm not very well, sorry."
Later she complained: "I don't know how I got through the show, it was pure adrenaline.
"My throat is so sore. I can't speak or sing."

Contestants are reportedly being kept in separate rooms in the luxury X Factor house to keep the bug at bay.
Worried officials are also said to be handing out sanitiser gel – with honey and hot water on standby.
Louisa is set to face Lauren, Reggie 'n Bollie and Ché Chesterman in the semi-finals if she beats the illness.
A show insider said: "We're worried she could be too ill to continue next week. We couldn't give her a free pass to the final, there would be uproar.
"But if any of the other contestants come down with the same thing we will really struggle. Olly is also sick and struggling.
"The bugs going round at the moment are really nasty."
